The Confidentiality Agreement Generator is a software application which helps you build a confidentiality agreement that is appropriate to you. It asks you a series of questions. Your responses will tailor the confidentiality agreement to your needs. It allows you to have up to five parties, in addition to you.

The first few confidentiality agreements you construct using the Confidentiality Agreement Generator might take up to five minutes or so. Once you become familiar with the Generator, it should take you no more than two minutes to produce a confidentiality agreement specific to your needs. It is worth the effort.
